Suggesting I haven't read the whole thread - that's condescending. Yes, there's been some reasonable questions asked. [/quote]
I did not suggest that you have not read the whole thread, and even if I did that would not be condescending, it would be an assumption.

what cowards. they don't have the courtesy to talk about RtO for the ps3 ANYWHERE on this whole web site.
this is unprofessional. defend the "bioware isn't biased", your actions (lack there of) say otherwise.
BioWait would never do such a thing as long as they can eventually milk 5 bucks out of you red headed stepchilds ... At this point the interns and janitors are probly working on getting it out now. That's IF it's even comming out at all.
me too come bioware answer the question if you dare?
No way would BioWait admit fault. It's easier to blame Sonys voodoo certification process
What a joke, another PSN update passes without a patch or RTO dlc anywhere in sight. I don't mind too much, but I think it's rubbish that Bioware can't give us proper updates...Oh and where's the PS3 forum? Why does pc and xbox have one and PS3 doesn't? red headed stepchildren aren't we?
Oh nice, BioWare Rep can come out and Close threads but can't give us **** on why We still don't have it yet... Good show BioWare...

No i saw that. It is one post amongst many posts that have asked clearly, politely and repeatedly to get certain answers. The original post that blamed Sony was deconstructed, and eventually Victor's contradiction was questioned, and his lack of a response to the further questioning, along with the overall lack of communication towards PS3, are what the main and more recurrent complains in the thread are.

I was merely trying to offer an objective opinion on the matter. I suppose I'll know better than to try to do that in the future.

Opinions are subjective by default. You can reach an objective conclusion following a logical argument. Starting your post with condescending language and expressing your opinion as fact based on assumptions is fallacious reasoning and diminishes the credibility of anything you write.
I have absolutely no objections with anyone stating their views, so please continue to do so, however I do hope that you can chose your words better in order to avoid misunderstandings, if your intention is not to be on the attack bur rather reach an objective agreement.

Have you taken the time to read what you posted?
If I had attempted to take his opinion apart piece by piece as you did, (and failed) I would be rather embarrassed.
Believe it or not, his opinion is just as valid and important as yours.
As a request, please take a moment to consider your accusations before posting them.
And yes, I guess I am an AmstradHero fanboy.
I know, you can turn your agression towards me if you want. *Holds out his arms and does his best "on the cross impersonation"*.

And yes, I guess I am an AmstradHero fanboy.(really any modder who has released a good work actually) He's offered many wonderful works, some here and some for "other" game engines.
I know, you can turn your agression towards me if you want. *Holds out his arms and does his best "on the cross impersonation"*.![]()
I took my time to read what he posted and posted in response, twice. So yes, I read what was posted.
I did not "attempt" to take his "opinion" apart. I simply wrote that being condescending and stating your opinion as fact is fallacious and intellectually dishonest in a logical argument.
That is not my opinion, it is a fact, and you can find more about argumentative fallacies online if you need referencing.
If you find yourself embarassed by your postings, then maybe you are the one who should consider what and when to write. In this instance, your interjection is of no significance to the thread, the subject, or even the back and forth I had with with Amsrtad. You seem to be trying to make something be by virtue of stating it and associating humilliation with it: that is another logical fallacy.
I have not posted any accusations so I will not take a moment to consider them. I appreciate the effort put into the Alley of Murders but that does not mean that I will overlook when someone posts a blatant fallacy in a thread regarding a subject that I do care about.
Your interpretation of my postings as being aggresive (or so I must assume for your "your agression" comment) is most unfortunate. However your inferences are not of my creation.

Doubt obviously exists in the community currently about Bioware's standing, and a small offical update saying we have no news would be good to te PS3 community. They did say they were losing money, and didn't like this either, but that still provides no new information on the situation, that couldn't have been inferred previously.
And there is no need to apolgize. It's just a reminder.

I just want ps3 users to feel appreciated...and to point it doesnt feel that way...and its something a simple post from bioware would go a long way to rectify

If you guys want to get the dev posts on this issue. head to This Forum. Click on the BioWare logo under any of the threads to pull up only the dev posts. All of the info provided by Myusha can be found there in those dev posts. Whether you believe them or not is your choice, but they stated 10 days ago that RtO has been sent to Sony for certification. Specifically, the second to last post by Victor Wachter Here states unequivocally that RtO was sent to Sony 10 days ago for certification. If you believe that, then it IS Sony's 'fault' that RtO is not out yet for PS3. If you don't believe that, then I guess you'll have to formulate your own explanation.
21 Days later....Nothing, so this either tells me we are going through the worlds longest certificate process for 1 hours worth of gaming, OR it failed due to bugs.

Fangirl is right I have been sarcasticly annoying that all I can do to keep this bs thread relevant and keep it from fading to page 5 since biowait won't give us an official thread. It's been my random complaints and about 4 other people keeping this thread going trying to keep it above topics like "this game needs more lesbian sex" or random "where's rto at" . I really don't give a sh•t anymore. To much drama for 4 buck dl.
Fine, whatever. Im sorry I picked a fight with you or whatever. I dont care anymore either so Im just going to stop posting now.Good luck waiting for stupid RTO guys. This whole ordeal has turned me really sour and just dont want to deal with this anymore. So untill we get some news bye! I give up my pointless posting, not that anyone cares.

This is not working!
BioWare has forum post/thread angst immunity. Your flame spells, talents, skills, persuasiveness, intimidations, etc don’t work in this realm. Much like your character cannot take objects out of the fade; nothing you say here on the RTO subject will openly affect BioWare.
So what do you propose xxSylphxx?
Try something else because this most assuredly is not working.
But what else can we do?
You could write them an e-mail, start a petition, not purchase BioWare products, and/or call BioWare, Sony, and its subsidiaries. You could do many things. Perhaps you have a better idea than any I have mentioned (I think someone here should) in which case you could share it here or in my group. But THIS, posting here with questions, rants, witty remarks, incendiary comments, THIS serves little purpose beyond what self-gratification you take from it.
In fact, I would go so far as to say that THIS is distracting you from doing something more meaningful. THIS gives you a false sense of accomplishment/fulfillment. It’s an opiate that lulls you into pointless action.
