Fex...

Your attempts to question my psychological health are irrelevant and absurd, backed by fallacious reasoning.

Your interpretation of what the questions I and others have posed are is innacurate.

Your assumption that I consider myself " more special" is innacurate and irrelevant.

Please stop trolling.

Fex, you described yourself as a special consumer because you're a "brand loyalist" and "buy more than the average consumer". That seems to be the root of this issue, that you think somehow you deserve some kind of a response, more than the one that is given. Most people, who realize they are not "special" consumers, eventually find something better to do and just walk away.

Sort of like I'm doing now.

Your ignorance regarding marketing terminology and its relevance to the argument is not of my concern.

Your failure to understand arguments and context is not of my concern either.

Please do walk away. You are trolling

This is not a discussion of "marketing terminology". Your misuse of that turn of phrase suggests alot more about your ignorance on that subject, but it remains irrelevant to what I'm trying to say. You described yourself as not just a consumer, but a brand loyalist and someone who spends more than the average consumer. This was said in the context of justifying why you deserve answers to your questions. Do I really need to go back and read what you wrote to you?

Of course, how can I expect you to understand what I'm saying when you clearly don't even understand your own argument? You are officially too dense to continue trying to communicate with, you can have your thread back now.

Outlaw. She's not changing her opinion. Can you not just respect that and move on like the mod said?

I'm not trolling, Fex. In fact, if you want I can be a whiny baby too and hit the report button if I wanted to interpret that as an insult.

Your recurrent ad-hominems do nothing to further your argument

Your attempts to dimish the veracity of my argument by stating that I misused a very valid and relevant term without any logical backing to your point makes it fall flat.

My description of myself as a profitable customer was relevant to the context of the argument. Please look up the term if you want to discuss why a company divides customers into profitable and non-profitable and why falling into one category has a relevance.

Your continued attempts to "have the last word" by the means of fallacious reasoning and the like will continue to be innefective.

It would be greatly appreciated if you actually did what you have repeatedly stated and "walked away" instead of trying to "win" an argument that you are obviously ill-prepared for.

The only reason that PS3 does not get any support for Dragon age is because Sony did not get the support for the game. Sony is very cheap in a lot of ways. And yet they are talking about us paying for the online service in the future. How are we going to pay for online in the future if Sony can't even give an update to Bioware on whats going on. Just like every other game we wait for a DLC that was supposed to come out and still we wait here like idiots.

war-munger we do not know that to be the case. We do not know if Bioware has asked for an update and not received it, or if they have it and have decided not to comment on it, or if EA has decided that the content should be postponed until March for some other reason.

We don't know anything, which is what is quite annoying. I am not going to start writing angry letter to Sony until I know they are screwing up. I certinaly will do so if Bioware gives us information that leads me to believe so, therefore the ongoing request to have Bio communicate better with the ps3 users is very important.

I would just like to add that the chances of Bioware releasing any information against Sony that would give them a negative impact .... would not be in Bioware or EA's best intrest in regards to DA. Sony is not one of the most forgiving companies when it comes to those .... . ... issues.

Also that the Dev. Team as is so commonly related to (hi WoWers) has nothing to do with public relations in any manner. So asking them for an update to whatever would be like asking a fly what the bottom of the ocean is like.

Oh, but that's not enough Mr. Foo. Until Bioware releases a minute-by-minute account of it's dealings with Sony, no one in this thread will care.

I agree that Bioware should not release information that damages the brand or reputation of another company. However they can and should manage their community better by giving ps3 users adequate information. As I have repeatedly posted, we have asked questions that are specific to Bioware that have been ignored, we have requested clarification on statements and been ignored as well.

Bioware has a community facilitator who explicitly stated that he was working on improving communication. I see no improvement. There are many ways to tell your consumers that something has gone wrong without pointing fingers, and telling them that you are working on it is often enough for your loyal customers to maintain their faith in you. Locking threads with questions is not the way, nor is remaining silent for almost a month.

I'm not a troll. If I were, quit being an idiot and feeding me.

That was the whole point of the post. What I describe is about as likely as what Fex and others are expecting. Hence, it highlights the idiocy of it.

Nevermind. I'll say it one last time before I finally move on to doing something better: all you're ever going to get is a release date. You can feel like you deserve more all you want, but that's what you're going to get. I promise you.

Lol.

Well I believe that customers should support their favored providers by giving as much feedback as possible. The ongoing requests on this threads are a form of feedback: in the (mis)information age, people do not appreciate being left in the dark.

The questions asked are not unreasonable and the other factors of ps3 support that have been brought up should be considered as well.

And there you are calling me an idiot.  What they wanted was a post explaining why they got so little news over about a  month of delay. You don't have to deal with this problem, and your standards for information are lower then ours. And will you pleeeease move on like you said you were like all of your others posts? Because you seem quite hypocritical at times.

Hey, you called me a troll. That's outlined in the board rules too if you want to start playing hall monitor, Myusha. Here's a tip, though. Begging anyone to stop posting in a thread is the one sure fire guarantee to make them do it. Even if I had nothing to say, who can possibly resist that?

The reason for the delay is known. I've asked this before and no one responded (now I know how you guys feel! Maybe I should start a thread about it!!). If a Bioware employee came in here everyday and posted "we still don't know", would that make you feel better? Is that all this complaint really boils down to?

Oh do stay on topic, Fex. I wasn't trying to incite a fight and if you have something to say in response to my PM, why not do it there. Oh wait. We already stopped sending them several minutes ago. That's why. Protip: just send them to a mod if you're actually trying to "get me in trouble".

It'd be extremely annoying that after a month we'd be waiting. And I called you a troll because that's what you've been doing. Trolling. And you proved yourself a hypocrite. We're not asking for much, not like how you make it out to be. You have no purpose here either. You've said you piece, we disagree, we have opinions you have yours move on already. You're like one of those religious zealots who try to shove their beliefs down someone's throats.

No. The reason for the delay is not known. Please read the first 4 pages of the thread to see what this thread "boils down to"

You telling me to stay on topic is quite a laughable concept. I am not trying to do anything but make fun of your feeble attempts to outsmart people who are obviously better at this than you are, as proven by the many posts where you have been left to resort to ad hominems and fallacies.

ha ha you're wrong!

Ok, really, I do have to stop now because this *is* going to get into troll territory. You people are far too serious about your toys to take seriously or have a reasonable discussion with. I wish your parents could read this thread. It's been fun.

So is it about time for the torch-and-pitchfork march on Bioware's HQ? I've got the squirrelbane ready.
