The reason for the delay is known. I've asked this before and no one responded (now I know how you guys feel! Maybe I should start a thread about it!!). If a Bioware employee came in here everyday and posted "we still don't know", would that make you feel better? Is that all this complaint really boils down to?


No we dont need an ubdate every day smart a**.Once will do just fine.Its been almost a month since they told us its in the certification process,thats a little long for a 1 hr DLC.All we want is an explanation and if they cant say or dont know the reason then I would be happy with "its still with Sony".Its a hell of a lot better than silence. Thats just my opinion.

Anyways. Myusha, I got a reponse from EA, I have queried a bit further and will let you know when I hear back. Getting through hoops sux.

Sony has answered my mail too, they say they cannot comment on this "issue".

At least we know it's an issue, and Sony's not willing to comment on it for whatever reason.

Either rejection, long certification time that looks bad for Sony, or they havn't gotten to it yet, or whatever.



Also changing thread name to Offical PS3 RTO Debate. Because appearantly that's what the mods think this is :P

Aw now Im all sad again.I hope this "issue" is resolved soon :(

I cant take much more disapointment.To some people it may just be a stupid 1 hr dlc but to me I LOVE DA and any new content is much appreciated.

Good move changing the thread name. Hopefully it does get stickied. Something like that would really make it look better for ps3 users.

Sony has a standard "no comment" line. I will try to get past it, and try different regions as SCEA is not the same as the others.

I wish you good luck, and wait for the results. The name will probably also draw in other PS3 User's complaints, or concerns as well, and seeing as the moderators have locked several threads and pointed to this one, making it a sticky wouldn't be too much of a strech would it?

good luck, Fexelea.  all regional sony divisions tow the company line and do not do "end runs" around the other.  and since da:o is a north american production, it is scea that is dealing with the certification.

Actually they are very different. I have now lived and dealed with 4 different regions and their customer support varies greatly.

I have my own personal support assistant here. Really. By name. And that's as a psn user.

I wasn't impressed with Sony's forum but hopefully you will be lucky. Well I'm not really much into hope. As Lewis Black said "Hope has passed me by". Also as to your argument earlier Fex you were wrong about one thing and that was the wisdom of argueing with an ignorant person, that is and forever will be pointless.

Thanks. It'll give more insight on to where RTO stands, and we can make either further evidence something is wrong, or have some actual information on what is happening.

trust me...i know. i've been dealing with these guys for the last couple of years. i have sent off an email inquiry anyhow. they're all in marketing and pr, so i can't say how motivated they would be to find out what's up in certification, but i asked anyways.

PR teams are often moved to action when there is a chance that their brand will suffer for it. Adding details like sub-par and Microsoft seems to get them to talk sooner.

Step 2 is to go to gaming "journalists" and let them chase the juicy story.
