lol it really does seem like RTO for ps3 has been forgotten ive seen reviews on tv and in magzines about RTO and how its been released already and nowhere do they even talk about it being delayed for ps3, oh closingracer how does 4dollars + taxes = 10dollars? as for it being bundled with awakeings well i dont like that idea and i dont think i would buy it if it did

it is 5 dollars RTO but i wan't talking about RTO i am talking in general a 10 dollar piece of DLC will cost more then 10 dollars on the PSN.....

Yes psn is so expensive... Cash out your Disney dollars it's the same price as points just seems cheaper since you buy things with monopoly money on 360 and are always left with 100 usless points... For me I rather pay straight up then be conned into buying point cards.

Anyways look at it this way the xbox was a beta test for RTO you ps3 users always like that term right :P...anyways i hate buying DLC and stuff on the PSN simply cause it isn't 10 bucks it is 10 bucks and change cause of taxes. You do know DLC and stuff come out to be way cheaper on the xbox then the ps3 cause you paying taxes on every item you buy and the xbox you pay the tax on when you buy the points

be careful with your statement, cause i don't pay taxes for psn cards nor do i pay taxes on "check out" on the ps store. it all depends on your which state you live... (if you live on the US). in other words, not every one has to pay for these fees (taxes)

i love how bioware has time to lock a half dozen threads a day but can't be bothered to update ps3 users on what's going on with their dlc. that's just terrific.

The moderators are not Bioware, they do their job as volunteers (AFAIK) for the sole purpose of keeping the forums civil (which, in part, means locking duplicate threads, i.e. spam). The level of activity on the part of the moderators has no bearing on whether Bioware's PR rep has any new information to give.

come on ... bioware is releasing new threads in the announcement forum so they have to notice the "RTO PC release" thread grows by the hour

they also look into the "general DAO discussion" forum at least once a day and see the daily "wheres RTO for PS3" threads

and if that werent enough clues for them its not like they dont know that we are waiting for answers

And it's not in their hands.

If you really need to know, go barking at Sony's door - They're the ones who need to process it first.

True, but that doesnt mean someone could not come on and give us an update on a possible ETA.

I consider myself a very patient individual...but everyone has their limits.

And considering the "barking" that several pc/360 users were doing, ld say its not unfair for we Ps3 users to make a little noise.

While it certainly wouldn't solve the problem, I think a lot of PS3 users would be happier with a sticky for the PS3 version explaining why it isn't released yet, with regular "updates"; even if those updates were nothing more than "Sorry guys, we really don't know anything new".

People would still be unhappy, but at least they wouldn't feel as forgotten/left in the dark.

Well when i check out stuff in the cart i get taxes... anyways i Don't Think Bioware has any experience producing anything for the ps3 yet at all( Game was ported by a different developer) so i think that is partly the reason for the delay....It is very easy to make stuff for the xbox 360 and PC cause it is similar .. so it is easier to make DLC and games for that platform together

Lets be honest with ourselves... Bio hasn't made any statements about PS3 in how long? They are not going to!!!! Face facts folks, we'll just have to keep clueessly waiting and hope they toss us bone. I think we won't see RtO until 3-16 or later, who says awakinging will omeout on time for us?

Oh, I'm not disagreeing with you, don't get me wrong on that. I was one of the PC crowd who was annoyed that our version was delayed so much and we got little information too.
I do sympathise and agree BioWare should say more, but there's nothing that anyone can really do I'd guess. Patience is, apparently, a virtue.

It's not up to Bioware at this piont, yet, it's true... they could update us once in a while on the status of the certification.

I say that everyone on all platforms deserve update information on DLC and add on's after all I personal payed over £50 for DAO and understood from the bonus disc that DLC would be supported and updated often well it been over 3mths now and nothing new for PS3. I would expect that Bioware have been deloveloping any DLC or addon for longer than that. It would be nice if someone would just give us update on RTO and other DLC and a ETA for these..

Thanks

there was day one dlc available across all platforms, so bioware does have at least some experience with dlc on the ps3.

i wrote this on page 3 of the forum:

i got this from the playstation eu blogs: Posted on 11 February by Mike Kebby – PlayStation Store Team, SCEE
Posted on 11 February, 2010 at 3:32 pm by adie-healey "dragon age dlc? replyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy"
Posted on 11 February, 2010 at 3:34 pm by Mike Kebby "It’s for the publisher to give a release date not me." Posted on 11 February, 2010 at 3:35 pm by Mike Kebby "To expand on that, as long as I know the release date info can be shared I will, but I have to be really careful these days."

http://blog.eu.plays...age-3/#comments

apparently it already went through sony cert, they are waiting on bioware/ea to give the "ok".

How strange. How very strange... Well it's now Thursday the 18th, and I often see "Thursday" and "PSN Store Update" bundled together in these discussions, so maybe today's the day?
