currently on the cerberus network ive got zaeed, normandy mission aswell as the cerberus assault armor and shotgun but it still says there is new content available, is this a glitch or is there more that is just not showing up for me?

Glitch, as the game does not actually seem to have any way of tracking what kind of DLCs you already have (even if they are already active in the game).
