Theoretically, someone with the PC version of the game and the toolset for PC could make Xbox 360 mods, but it wouldn't be legal to distribute them, as Microsoft does not permit it. It's even a bit of a gray area for PS3 mods for DA, though if Sony could be convinced to allow it, as they have for Unreal Tourament 3, we could make them.

Simply put, installing mods posses risks and can crash your game and corrupt save files. We on the PC have access to the file structure of the game to fix these issues, but you guys on console don't. To give you guys the most worry free gaming experience, Sony and Microsoft don't allow mods that can bring you game (or system) down. Leave the mods to us PC gamers and stick to the official DLC.

I thought simply owning the game and having a save file risked corruption for the 360 users

Microsoft didn't allow PC mods - they have no say in whether a company puts out modding ability for PC games. With the XBOX though, Microsoft completely owns the system and has final say in what can/will be used on it.

Not another one of these treads...oh geez. There will be no toolset for the xbox, no it won't be any time soon and yes you are never getting one. PC and 360 have two totally different programing, consoles are more compact to fit the console, they are two totally different systems and no the toolset cannot make mods for the 360 as the toolset follows the files of the pc and not the 360.

Yeah because they haven't found him yet, many people are getting banned for altering their xbox, hopefully they won't find him. I have no problem with people doing that, it is their money, their xbox, doesn't hurt me but you won't be getting any mods for DA:O for the 360 because of the differences between the PC game and 360 game, files are different and were changed for the systems.

No, you can alter harddrives to fit the xbox to expand your harddrive space but files are totally different and the processor for a 360 can't handle it that is why files are changed for each system. I can see a PC to PS3 because the PS3 is almost computer-like..but a 360 is a different story.
