During Samara's recruitment (+Newgame,Insanity) I had spent all my heavy ammo (grenade) on the gunship. At the last weapon locker I switched it out for a firestorm, which had 15% for some reason. After saving and immediately loading the same save it increased to 25% and all other launchers by 1+.
Needless to say, I kept going to get the cain to 105% and created an eclispe for the sisters.
