Ugh.

I'd pay good money to get a renegade trigger to just put a bullet in her brain pan after her reply to the renegade response to her 'don't **** with Aria' bit.

Sorry Aria, but you're not as dangerous as entire Armies of Geth, Saren, a Reaper Robot, Armies of Collectors, Praetorians, or even a Single Thresher Maw, and I eat all of them for lunch. I shoot petty criminals like you on the way to real problems.

She's easily as dangerous as Saren. Anybody who can go toe to toe with a krogan crime lord like Patriarch and break every bone in his body is not to be underestimated.

Bioware didn't give you the option to put a bullet in her brain because she'd have just deflected it. Most likely WITH her brain.

I am sure she is definitely as strong as Saren. Saren was a great character, but I did not think he was that strong. The Geth weren't really following him, and again he got very lucky that Benezia was entrapped for him. He was only slightly strong and had some upgrades to his body. Aria has done everything on Omega herself. Which I feel puts her above Saren.

Saren is undoubtedly stronger than Aria. He was the best agent among the Spectres and it took Shepard and two other squad members to take him out. Its not just his strength either as if you read Revelation you see his cold calculating intelligence at work. Ive no doubt he could take out Wrex if he wanted to, let alone Aria.

I have not read Revelation, maybe if I did I would think more highly of him, I love an evil genius. Still though I felt he was only as good as he was because it was given to him. About the three party member thing, that is just because you had to have two other people. I am sure we were all confident enough not to have needed to others in our fight against Saren.

Saren was given nothing except indoctrination until before the final battle. Aria was an asari commando and mercenary who fought and schemed to the top but Saren was considered the strongest of the most elite special forces in the galaxy. I understand why you think Aria is awesome but she can't take on a Spectre. Asari commandos are just bodyguards with biotics and she never made it ino the Spectres with her skill.

Spectre's are just body guards for the galaxy chosen by the council. They only thing that makes a Spectre special is that other people, the council, think they are special.

I support this. She was the only interesting npc on omega. Actually went back to her several times in hope of a new conversation option

Aria would kick the hell out of Saren. Srsly.
Saren was a big emo who needed to use his lame airboard to even stand a chance against shepard armed with a pistol

Lol thank you. That is exactly how I feel. Saren was a great character, just not as strong as... I guess he should have been.

I don't know what it was, but from Aria's first speech, I knew I wanted her as a squadmate. So maybe we can get her as a playable character for ME3. With the Reapers coming her little kingdom on Omega will need to be saved, and who better to help her with the problem? That's right Shepard!

So everyone please sign away for this amazing Asari. Her and Liara I am sure could have some amazing cat/Asari fights in ME3.

She isn't the "follower" kind of type, you know. No offense but sometimes I just wish that people could take the actual canon characterizations into consideration when making these kind of requests.

Don't think I haven't thought about "elevating" a minor yet awesome character to a more important status. I'm one of those guys who'd love to have Kal'Reegar in the squad (i'm a huge Firefly-nerd, as you may have guessed) even though there's little to suppot the idea of him joining your crew. Some people are simply not meant to fight by your side, that's how it is.

Are you serious? did you play ME1 at all? the Spectres are the single strongest individuals in the galaxy capable of taking out squads of enemies easily. Some asari commandos are chosen to be Spectres Aria was not chosen.
Bodyguards of the council lol... Aria couldn't take on the weakest Spectre shes just a merc. When she arrived on Omega she needed allies.

Rofl you believe anything you hear? Ofc the council claims that the spectres are all imba and stuff but that doesnt mean its true lol. Nihlus got owned by Samara. Capable of taking out entire squads my a ss. They are nothing more than spec ops. And spec ops, while harder than most, arent supermen

Kal'Reegar was awesome... as was Firefly. And I the point of the thread is to rally the support so maybe we can have even the tiniest of hope for her in ME3. I mean if anyone has gotten to read the new Redemption Comic

SPOILER

She is there talking to Liara.

SPOILER

Go ahead a make a thread for Kal, I am sure plenty of people will sign it. We need some more Quarian love in ME. Heck I will make it for you, lol.

It is true the top Spectres are known to be able to kill squads of enemies. Nihlus vs Samara is a good example, Samara herself says they were evenly matched until they Nihlus broke the stalemate and she respects his skills. Samara also seems stronger than Aria. Justicars act alone whereas Asari commandos are always in groups. Theres no way she is stronger than Benezia either who Shep defeated. Seriously guys the facts and canon is what matters.

First scene of ME3, Omega gets destroyed by Reapers, Aria is the sole survivor. There, now she's got a good reason to join your mission.

To me Aria was one of the most interesting characters in mass effect 2. As far as who would win a fight between her and sherpard depends on who bioware lets us play as. If Aria was the main character in Mass Effect I'm sure Shepard would lose to us hands down. She should definitely be a playable character in the next game i mean squad- mate. I'm down for a smaller team of like 3 or 4 as well. I need my characters to feel like their close to me and I'm close to them.

She's a pretty cool character, and she IS the queen of Omega. Having said that, she doesn't hold a candle to Shepard, he=best warrior in the galaxy. I doubt she would have any chance against the human reaper you downed, she probably would have a hard time handling a possessed collector. Also, for all the people saying Spectres aren't what they're made out to be, consider that they comprise the best of the best that the turian, asari and salarian militaries.

I wouldn't necessarily want her as a squadmate for ME3 if it meant no Liara, but I do think that Aria is pretty awesome. ^^
