Another attempt by Cerberus at making a Biotic Super-Soldier, this time with corpses.
Body 122 A.K.A. "Jill"
Age: 19
Sex: Male
The project was a success; Thanks to the Lazarus Project, the Human body can be brought back to life immediately after death, but the brain deteriorates and is unable to recall or hold new memories. After extensive enhancement operations (Reinforced Bones, Muscles, and Organs) and implantations of cybernetic and biotic implants, the Brain can be used as a central processing unit to manage a cybernetic brain containing an elaborate AI. This prevents the subject from being able to transfer itself outside the body or hack any complicated systems as the brain cannot compare to a proper central processing unit, even at full capacity. It also allows the subject to retain pheromone induced emotions rather than pre-programmed ones.
Although failsafes for the AI are in place, the organic brain manages to by-pass them and the subject successfully escapes the space station and steals a shuttle before any of the personnel know he's missing (He's stealthy like that). Unable to pilot the ship properly, he crash-lands in the planet below, which happens to be Earth.
NOTES: Reading between the lines, I want a reason to go to Earth and recruit a mostly organic AI.

Cerberus having a space station orbiting Earth... The Alliance would *totally* ignore that one...

Of course, why wouldn't they have one?

A powerful biotic volus (for real this time) in a mechanized suit (maybe even with a glass faceplate, so we can see what a volus looks like.
An escaped (or assigned, if you went renegade and kept the base) Cerberus prototype, a strong and intelligent Vorcha.
One of those really buff Salarians like on the cover of Redemption #2.
Finally, an Asari who doesn't have biotics and thus wasn't allowed to live out her dream of being a commando, so she dedicated her life and brilliant mind to becoming incredible at tech abilities. She would have a quirky steampunk style (it would actually be cyberpunk I guess, but cyberpunk isn't normally quirky), maybe wear goggles. The only time she takes her goggles off would be the love scene, revealing piercing violet eyes

You should talk to EDI once her blocks are gone (before you start to the suicide mission) and ask her about how they got to build the normandy. EDI will tell you that the Alliance and Cerberus work together
And ... dunno who it is you get that information for... when you ask about Cerberus they explain to you that Cerberus is the human equivalent of the STF which Mordin was part of... or other "special task forces" of other races, except that cerberus is privat founded. Which is a smart move, it allows the Humans to tag cerberus as Terrorist ... unlike the Sarians who got the blame for the genophage. If it would have been cerberus to develop and use the genophage then Alliance could still claim that it wasn't the humans doing but the Terrorists of Cerberus.
Reading between the lines the Alliance doesn't want Cerberus to be caught.

I like EDI as the ships AI, so i hope she doesn't get a robot body.
Not that I'm a xenophone or anything, but I would quite like to see an extra human character, not just a token male and female. I know there was Zaeed, but he doesn't really count since he has no full dialogue so you can build a relationship.

Wouldn't mind if they made her look like Rommy....

A varren would be cool (Urz!)
Also a Prothean might make an interesting choice, but it would be tricky to do without breaking continuity.
