I finished ME2 in about 45 hours using infiltrator on Insanity. Only died a few times, finished with all surviving on suicide mission. I really like challenges and I tend to play games on max difficulty. Boring on lower.
But I want to play adept now and i heard its way more fun to play adept on lower difficulties because the powers get used more and you feel more like a biotic rather than a guy-with-a-pistol-who-has-flashy-finishing-moves.
based on this, do i play on insanity, hcore or vet? as adept. or vanguard if thats good but thinking adept atm.
So, should I play adept on insanity or lower?

i mean, ive heard that adept is repetitive and weak on insanity, while vanguard is just really really useless on insanity (i can see why on both counts)

Vanguard is NOT useless, it's just VERY difficult... Adept is alot of singularity'ing.

lol how can vanguard work on insanity. it relies on close combat lol. stay out of cover for more than a few secs and you die.

Vanguard are fun till insanity! I would recommend a Sentinel they can survive hit even on that mode and infiltrators can also avoid situations and get out of the way if things get tough. Adept is going to struggle on insanity imo as my vanguard had hell on it so i'm giving him a rest till i want to use him again lol. I have completed as Solider on insanity now playing as Sentinel and everything is good so far.
