It is indeed done with the console; runscript e3_addparty - Adds Jory and Daveth to party.
What I can't work out is why MOTpoetryION felt need to be all "Look how awesome I am" about it...

Right. The problem with the "I just used the console, tee-hee" argument is that it goes counter to MOTpoetryION's claim that he managed it in-game, without mods or the toolset. Running a scripted command through the Console IS, by definition, MODifying the game. We won't even bother asking how he managed a 6-person-party in Lothering...

FYI my HD crashed shortly after my last post. If you want to know just search (it is possible) its the begining of the name of the thread. it explains it all. When i did get back online i could not remember the name of this thread . untill today when i seen someone slandering my name and mentioned this thread. So if someone would be so kind to repeat what i did i would thank them . So some would stop spreading lies about me unjustly. If not thats fine also i know im telling the truth . good day
