There's a problem with Xbox 360 characters and the story summary section of the online character profiles.

With PC & PS3 characters, you can click a story entry for a brief summary text. For Xbox 360 characters, you get an error.

What's going on with this?  Any chance that it will get fixed?

My profile (character Bex) was a good example...but now today all story information is gone. :/

Heck, I can't even get my characters to upload. I registered and all but nada... zip.

The character profile is here and the error message comes up in a box that says 'the specified game does not support online player profiles'.

Here is another example as well. The story section is alive again, but still broken for xbox users.

Also, I am missing 3 features including story on my PC version.
My story is non-existant, my portrait has the background but no avatar, and my character image on my inventory shows an image from back around level 2 or 3.

Has any body been able to view there charter I'm not able to see or view any of them up for xbox

Make sure that you've (1) registered a bioware account, (2) registered an EA account, (3) linked your EA account to your bioware account, (4) registered your game on this site, and (5) entered your EA account username & password in the game when it starts up for the first time.



It takes several hours for the characters to upload.

The game never asked me for my EA/Bioware credentials. They seem to be linked already, but I have not been able to update my profile since after November 5th.

I can see all of my acheivements but all of my stats, story, etc., show no updates since level 1...odd since I'm now level 12

Morning bump for the BioFolks with a link to a story page - I've tested this on multiple computers and in both IE and Firefox. Story links still go to an error page that the game is not supported.

Story section is still messed up. And now my character's image is gone, and my forum avatar has turned to a black box. Also, even though my character's profile suggests that was updated yesterday, the stats are still the same ones from several days ago.

Thanks for the response Brett, but this doesn't appear to have been resolved yet.  My story items each still display "The specified game does not support online player profiles." when clicked on.

hi, i have a problem with my character story sheet. only i made them on pc. one character generates a storyline on the website, the another not. how that come ?

How odd - working earlier, not working during your post, and after a quick "reboot" it is back to working again. Thanks for the heads up, I will continue to monitor this. For now, it is working.
