So, here's the short version.

I bought the game through Steam.  I have redeemed all codes, and have access to Zaheed, Normandy Crash, Inferno Armor, Collector stuff, Infilitrator, et all.  My "Registered Game promotions" do not include any links to the new DLC, but still retains access. Attempting to re-enter my Cerebrus DLC code gets nowhere (the code has been redeemed--on me, namely).  Haven't found any information.  Am I doing something horribly wrong here? do I need to shoot EA an email or what?

Refresh the Registered Game Promotions Page. Double check that "Cerberus Weapon and Armor" hasn't snuck in between Zaeed and the Normandy Crash site?

Yeah I tried that a few times, didn't work--sooooo I went ahead and nuked my browser cache completely and tried it again. There it is. Thannnnnk you.
