My entire team survived the suicide mission on my first playthrough. Second playthrough the only different choice I made was the second team leader and who to send back to the ship with the crew (Garrus as leader and Mordin as escort). All survived as well.
Who kept their entire squad alive on first playthrough?

Got it on the first playthrough. Bought every single upgrade available,medbay too, even though my shep is paragon. I wouldn't have been able to forgive myself if a crewmate died, I got so damn attached to them all.

I recently saw a post from a dev about the Mordin supposed gltch. He said it isnt a glitch at all and you sumply cannot let him "hold the line" and he should be loyal..
