actually his skin is the yellow tone.. I just thought it brought out the red of the tatoo better.  Maybe when modders get ahold of the toolkit someone will figure out how to add more skin tones and I we can make some funky colored people.

Here's my entry, a little late to the discussion because I don't usually make malicious characters.

He's definitely malicious though, not angry or psychotic. He's all about maximizing the hurt on big and important people.

Oh and my favorites so far (as the categories go) are the OP's avatar (angry), Koralis' avatar (malicious), and Sharper's old crazy lady (psychotic).
