Apart from Benezia, and the Asari bartender on Illium, Samara and Morinth might be two of the most mature looking Asari in the game. Even Aria looks significantly younger than either of them.

Most of the humans in the mass effect universe fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch as well. Remember the C-Sec gal at the desk when you first land, now that was scary.



I think they where just going for a more realisitic, not every one is perfect and looks the same when they made the mass effect games.



As for Asari, I like them, it took a little while for them to grow on me, I love Liara for being Liara, but no asari is hotter then Aria, but then, no one else in the Mass Effect universe is hotter then Aria.

Such a missed opportunity not to have facial tattoos for her alt costume, but yes, just being able to actually adjust all aspects of appearance would be welcomed.

I can see why she wouldn't appeal to some people. She has those very high, almost sharp cheekbones and an angular, defined jaw that gives her a very statuesque look. Coupled with that blue skin and same-colored eyes, she looks like she could have been chiseled out of a block of marble.

I personally think she is gorgeous, but a lot of people prefer women to have softer, rounder features and associate those strong features with being "manly".

i started a new game in ME1 for fun and the stripper you can sit in front in Chora's Den is way more cute than Samara/Morinth

Its funny but one of the main things going through my mind as I got 'killed' at the beginning of ME2 was that I was going to miss my Massage appointment with Nelyna I made in ME1...

But sadly she didn't survive to make it either. That's the problem with setting appointments so far in advance.

i think samara is really uber ... butch-looking.  first time i saw here (before she spoke) i thought daimn, there's one seriously bad-ass looking, strong-jawed dominatrix there for you - must have some seriously husky voice.

then she spoke, from there she was just a serious joke to me.  its like the pulled her skin too taught with one of her plastic surgeries

I agree, they have the same weird facial features issues plaguing Miranda with the huge faces and jawlines.

I'd rather have me some Liara or Shiala any day of the week.
