I agree. I think Samara and Morinth are the most beautiful.

Liara is at the bottom of the pack, she's really unattractive.

How can she be unattractive? I think hers is the best model used for the game, only Yvonne Strahovski comes close, and of course Mark Vanderloo if you want to count him.

Strange, i don't think Liara looks anything like that woman - i don't think she is particularly attractive either.

You might have a hard time seeing it because of the long hair and the obvious fact that she isn't blue, but the facial features are definitely there. Only her lips might be a little bit pouty in that picture, but other than that they look very much the same.

A lot of Asari have those though. I guess those scales start to grow during the Matron years. You will notice them on more mature Asari, so that's where my guesses come from. Since Morinth can't possibly be a Matriarch already, well... has to be Matron then. 
Anyway, there are lots of unattractive Asari out there. Samara just happens to be unattractive and wearing a jumpsuit with a huge cleavage at the same time. Sort of like that chubby chick that insists on wearing skinnies.

I really liked Samara and Morinth, the facial structure is really appealing to me.
As for the Liara-Jillian comparison if you could get an image of both of them looking forward with a similar expression there are quite a few similarities especially around the jaw and nose, although I'm saying this from memory. Also IMO Liara was modeled to be cute rather than beautiful or sexy, it just suits her personality.
About the 'facepaint', I don't really think it is paint of any kind. As far as I can remember pureblood Asari don't have any markings so could they be inherited from the 'father' species? Most likely. Are they accentuated by paint/tattoo ink as in Captain Waseas (awesome look BTW, very badass) case? Perhaps.
And yes Aria is positively delicious

I think Samara's facial model was probably the most impressive of any of the NPCs in ME2. I also realize that beauty is subjective, but I just can't see how anyone would think Samara was 'ugly'. As has already been stated, she has a sort of regal essence to her looks and demeanor.

I think Aria, Samara, and Morinth are the best looking Asari in the game. I didn't find Samara very sexually attractive, there was something "Motherish" about her. I wanted her to adopt me. Aria, though, I wish she was romanceable...<3
