I have the the exact same problem here is the report I got:

I'm running windows vista for business and I recently upgraded my Graphics card to HD4650 as recommended and it still crashes.

I bought the game via steam and downloaded today, and while playing ME2 on Windows mode, It crashed after one hour of gameplay. Is there a possible solution?



Currently I have:

Processor: Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU Q8200 @2.33GHz

Graphic: NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT

RAM: 4.00 GB



And yet I still get message while playing ME2 The following error message
