Hello, what level shoul I be to complete it? I am level 8 at the moment and I find killing the Revenant nearly imposible.

Revenants are one of the most powerful opponents in the game. I did the Dalish quest dead last in my first game and still had problems fighting them. Also, the armor you get from that quest is one of the best sets in the game, so I'm sure the difficulty is intentional. LoL

I had trouble at 14 to kill the last revenant (near the source of power), others were not a problem.

Petrify -> Cone of Cold -> Glyph of Paralysis -> Cone of Cold -> Petrify -> ...
You can keep them infinitely CC'd, not hard at all.

Basically, it's a matter of using CC (crowd control) spells on Revenants. Last 2 Hexes also help.
