Hi to all ! I have an account with Bioware and when I bought Mass
Effect 2 I created a new account, not knowing that I didn't need to do
so, also because the game didn't specify this. On the second account,
in fact, I've redeemed the codes of Mass Effect 2 with the Cerberus
Network card. As said before, not knowing that I was supposed to redeem
these codes with my first account, where I activated the "Blood Dragon
Armor".
Now, what I have done, is to disactivate the second
account in order to get the "Armor", 'cause I thought that I could
simply change the the email to re-activate the second account, where I
have the Cerberus Network and other DLC codes.
This was on last
Friday. Two days ago, thinking that I could re-activate the second account, it
says that it has been cancelled and therefore I cannot change the email
address.
Can anyone tell me what I can do? I have already activated
the Cerberus card on this second account. I can't redeem this code
again. I would need to buy one, but I have one. I've tried emailing and
also going into the chat at EA , the past days, but they are not

There is unfortunately nothing you can do about the situation of having content associated with two accounts except get EA Support to merge accounts/transfer content. Once codes are associated with an account there is nothing you can do to unredeem them. You will need to continue to try and get in touch with them.
