The new ammo system is PERFECT. You my friend, suck. Bioware, THANK YOU for all your work.
Well you're a douchebag and I hope you die in a fire.
Comments like this are exactly why your credibility is absoulute ZERO in my book. You claim that "everyone is complaining about it", yet I only see you and a few others continuing to harp on this issue. You found your "EASY BUTTON" fix so go use it and quit being a ****** when others state that the ammo system is fine

I find it funny how a lot of the posters are replying with answers like: learn to shoot, switch weapons and there's enough ammo. It immediatly tells me which other games they like to play. FYI: ME2 is supposed not to be a shooter like GoW or Half-Life, where you have to scavenge for ammo.
I've never played GoW and haven't touched any of the Half Life games in year (ok, I played the Orange Box 6 months ago when I got my X360). Maybe ME2 IS suppose to kind of be a shooter as well...it's a hybrid and always has been. Your implication that everyone that thinks the ammo system is ok is a shooter nut and has never played RPGs is very narrow minded.

Because in your experience it's normal to scavenge for ammo doesn't mean it's normal for someone who plays RPG's to do the same. If BW ever introduces limited arrows for an archer in DA:O, all hell will break lose.
Yes, but DA:Os archery system is already scaled and balanced for unlimited ammo and it's frankly rather unrealistic for an archer to never have to think about arrows. Diablo is a semi-RPG that had archer ammo while Fallout 3 and Oblivon are both RPG games that rely heavily on ammo and require some scavenging (at least at first). Again, all of these fall into a hybrid-RPG category...just like ME does.
I'm not tyring to change your mind, just pointing out that your claim that ammo has no place in an RPG is not completely supportable.
