I just wanted to show a little. I have the game now, my addons worked perfectly, and I had no problems installing the game. I know the servers were running poorly the first few days of launch, but seems to be working just fine now. Toolset didn't come out first day, but it is out now.

A little bit of a rocky start, but  you guys have recovered and have stayed on top of things.

The game looks and runs great! I have it for the PC. It is what I expected so far and I am extremely happy!

You guys have been getting some harsh criticism lately, just wanted to say I think the game came out great and you guys have handled all the last minute issues with great speed.

Time to get back to the game! Anyone else love the game so far? Like the look of it? If so feel free to throw your kudos on here, all the complainers can go find a hate thread to respond on.

I love the game, I think Bioware did a great job so far so if any of the employees are reading this give yourselves a pat on the back.

I completely agree with the above. The game came out on Tuesday. Within 3 days, everything is settling down on the client side. In the real world, things don't move that fast. Bioware and all of it's employees have done a great job! I'm sure there will still be issues. It seems to me that the people that were complaining so much are the ones whom were working to resolve the issues. Oh wait, maybe they weren't. So they made the situation worse. Can't give constructive critcism, only destructive. It all has to be about their instant gratification. It makes no sense to me.

Historically, people disappointed with something are far more likely to head to forums and criticize, than people who enjoy the game and want to pass on some words of encouragement.

As such, we can't take the response on these forums to be an accurate cross-section of how everyone feels, and we appreciate the positive comments even moreso, because hey, you took time out from playing a game you enjoy to tell us so.

We are working on resolving outstanding issues as fast as we can. It's difficult to please everyone, but don't tell us we can't try!

This makes me even happier to see.  All I have seen is how much people despise this game when I love it more than any game I have played.  Yes I love it more than NWN which I immersed myself in for over a year.  And to see a BW person pop in and say thanks just makes me feel even better about spending my hard earned $$ on this masterpiece.

Thank you Bioware for everything, you rock!

One suggestion for ya though.  Next time no commercials with hot chicks, on national TV.  I think that's what brought out all the trolls.

Awesome job Bioware. I've always loved your games and have yet to be disappointed (except when Mass Effect was exclusive to Xbox, but you brought to PC). Great job, you'll always have a loyal fan here!

Agreed. The only time I post here is when I'm at work, wishing I were home playing. lol.

I agree with Dweber77. The BioWare folks get big kudos for having such a strong presence in the forum even though it seems like most of it is negative.

I hope you guys never forget that :P. DA wouldnt be the first game ruined by forum trolls.

Anyway, adding myself to the congratulations :). I'm loving the game, challenging combat, funny dialogue and looooots of content. So far probably my favorite RPG since I played Planescape torment and the NWN2 expansion.

I have to say that I am enjoying it also. One thing I like about Bioware games is hours and hours of enjoyment. I can honestly say that companies like this are far and few between. Now, to be honest the only thing is I personally thought the graphics could have been a little better, coming from playing Mass Effect recently. But, does that diminish the game play? The dialogues? The cutscenes? The quests? The unfolding story? No, it does not. All in all this is really my first detailed RPG and I am enjoying it.

Thanks Bioware!! Love you guys.

Ugh I know that feeling.  I am always stuck at work wishing I was playing.  Heck that is the only time I troll the forums.  But I am not here to derail.  Just want to keep this bumped so other lovers of this game might see it at the top amidst all the muck.

I have my problems with the game. Everyone does. But the point of the matter is that it's still a great game and keeps me playing, despite the little things.

To be honest, I would rather be playing DA:O...  but my work frowns on that.

But, since I am here.  Wonderful game.  I am enjoying it immensely and I can garuntee some of the other fall blockbusters will be collecting dust.  Perhaps for quite awhile if DAO stretches into ME2 release...

I'm not one to be a fanboy but from my perspective the game is completely awesome. Love the rp elements and combat. Special thanks for the nightmare difficulty and true isometric camera. Cheers
