I think this is pretty ridiculous to not be able to load up my saved game and play DA:O during a time like this. Since I have DLC on that saved game I am unable to play it if I cannot log in...
Yep pretty much, i cant play because ME2 apparently requires me to validate my DLCs every single time i want to play the game. Was that really necessary Bioware? A single time Activation/validation would have been fine. Its like ME2 cant even decide on its own that there are DLCs installed o_O And i'd think that to be very much of a problem especially to people who do not have internet all the damn time.

If you cannot connect to the Cerberus Network right now, go to Options->Online and turn "Auto Login to EA Online." to Off. Then restart Mass Effect 2. It will then not try to connect to Cerberus Network automatically, and you should be able to play. (And yes DLC should still work.)

Sorry for the delay, we are having a few network issues that we are working hard to restore asap.
You can still play Mass Effect 2. Start your games, wait for the timeout (you will see a message saying "communication with the mass effect 2 servers has been interrupted'"), then click ok and you will be able to play.
Again, we are working to get things up and running correctly asap. We appreciate your patience. [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/smile.png[/smilie]

Login is not required to play either Mass Effect 2 or Dragon Age if everything is setup correctly.

I'm guessing this is a PC only deal? It would be great if I could do that on my 360 I just dont see the option:huh:
