I've scoured the world of dragon age high and low for this herbalism recipe but I can't find it at all .  Is it missable or can someone point me in the right direction.

Also is there some item that restores stamina in a fight?

I got it from the barkeep in the Redcliffe Village Tavern (or from Bella for free, depending on how you work the situation).

The ingredients needed can be had from the trader in the Apprentice Quarters in the Mage's Tower.
