When I'm a Vanguard the LOKI Mechs annoy me. They have very thin frames so most of my shotgun pellets miss and they just roam around in groups outside of cover like morons. Switching to the Vindicator helps though.
What's your least favorite type of enemy?

I hate husks.
Regarding scions - I assume you must all be playing on difficulty levels higher than veteran, or just certain classes that don't do well against armor? Because on veteran they were all very easy for my soldier to take down - pretty much just with guns alone and little or no help from squad mate powers (except Tali's drone on a few occasions).
Their shockwave also more often than not didn't seem to go through cover, so I could just keep my head down when they cast one and then pop out, activate adrenaline rush and take down a third of their armor in a few seconds with a sniper rifle, heavy pistol or - if they were at close range - the Revenant with incendiary ammo.

Husks. The Scions aren't as bad as the normal ones. I had a terrible experience regarding these guys and Horizon on my Hardcore Infiltrator playthrough. Oh dear god, they're not healthy for taking on Scions with a sniper rifle.
Scions are pretty easy, actually. A few sniper shots, with a Warp from Miranda or something, maybe a Charge-Shotgun-Melee combo if you're a Vanguard takes care of them.

I know exactly what you mean Riot Inducer. It is more or less impossible to strafe their stupid shockwaves, you can avoid them if you're out of range but it's hard to stay that far away. Scions have killed me the most and I do find them to be the enemies that have me yelling at my computer the most.
The amount of people saying vorcha suprise me, did you not watch the training video things about combining biotics and special attacks and stuff? I think they are pretty weak and if you use cover and your teams abilities together they go down like anything else.

Harbringer. Seriously, the concept of one Collector becoming stronger all the time wasn't very fun. I'd much prefer a few Collector bosses, say some kind of insecticide queen or a strong mutation or two. Fighting a Collector general directly, or Harbringer the reaper taking control of some strong synthetic construct.
In ME1 husks were crazy. I remember going down to casual and still dying in a UNC quest, because their aoe thing almost one-shotted the entire squad at veteran and there were like 20 husks. Managed to do it on veteran with another method later, but still. Was probably a little low level, but damn that was more challenging than anything in ME2. And it was a tiny sidequest.

There is nothing I hate more then the harbinger. I am currently stuck at the platforms on Insane difficulty and it's killing me on the inside.

id have to say harbingers and scions especially on insanity.. at one point a gunship took fewer bullets to kill than a scion O_o

Scions. I hate them because cover becomes totally useless when they are around.

There's this one part on Archangel's recruitment mission where there's a flamethrower Vorcha right around a corner.Sarah Aran wrote...

Man, I died at least five or six times there. I have a grudge against them for that.

as a VG on NG+, YMIR mechs, the dmg they deal with the machine gun is insane. you can't charge em, they rip though the charge barrier in no time, have to play the fight like a soldier/sentinel. also, harbinger at times can be a right pain, but at others really easy. depending on his mood he can 2 hit you or go down without a murmur. praetorian, obv, are also pretty gash, as you cant charge shotgun them. flamethrowers are mildy irritating, but only when they've got armour, and if they do, hvy pistol the canister poking over their shoulder and BOOM. shimples.

I'd have to say
Husk
Scion
Praetorians.
Harbinger use to be on that list, but even in hardcore now that im lvl 30 with most of my upgrades and armor, he goes down in a matter of seconds. And its kinda fun taking him down now and he adds a little flair to the battles.. As long as no scions are around.. .

SCIONS and PRAETORIANS
Scions are not as bad, but Praetorians are just mean on high difficulty.

It's like anything to do with the Collectors ends up being the most annoying thing in the game. Personally, I hate the Scions and Harbingers, if only because their lack of health keeps me from pulling off my Singularity/Warp combo that I favour on Insanity.
