Kind of hard to tell anything from such a short clip, but she doesn't seem like a keeper to me. I don't think it helps in building personality for a recruitable character when you just give them the same generic clothing and face as every other NPC.

Whelp, that kills my theory. Still, she seems kinda like a rogue mage that doesn't follow the rules, in a way, by her attitude.
