Besides renegade shepard, who do you think is the biggest douche in the game?

My vote goes for the Mechanic on Horizon. little turd does nothing but whine and then gets ticked off at you because you couldn't save ALL the colonists from an army of Collectors and their scaryass ship

Seconded. I felt like shooting him in the balls. It's not like he'd feel anything, the spineless little gimp.

I think Udina, The Turinan Councilman, and your Virmire survivor (at Horizon) all top the Horizon mechanic.

Oh yea, I hate that guy.  Miranda when you first meet her is a first-class **** as well.  I wanted to smack her more than once and when she provokes Jack for bloody well no reason at all I wanted to side with Jack just on principle.  I ended up liking her, but she drove me bonkers sometimes.

Zaeed is a douchebag too IMO.  I wanted to dump his ass after his little spectacle on Zorya.

The Assari Eclipse initiate Sister you meet on Ilium who claims she hasn't done anything and who does not pick up the gun, only to be the one who killed the Business partner or Pepy (or whatever he was called). I am so glad I shot her, didn't care about Renegade points coming my way as I was playing a Paragon Shepard.

The Council wins this dubious distinction - permanently. The mechanic was an ass and I wished I could have backhanded him, or said something sarcastic like "So where were you when your buddies were being taken? Oh right, cowering in a shed somewhere like the **** that you are. **** off."

But the Council actually made me regret being a paragon. Given that Saren came within a hair's breadth of totally ****ing up everybody's day - entirely because the Council refused to send a fleet to Illos - makes them not just douchebags, but irresponsible monsters who need to be shot. Repeatedly. Saving them is the one decision I wish I could take back. I was utterly appalled at their actions in both games.

Ugh. I forgot about her. I'm still kicking myself for falling for it, but I didn't cheat and reload to take the other option.

The Council without a doubt. The Asari who once seemed sympathetic now game across as an airhead.

And the Turian doing the "quoting" fingers made me want to shoot him there and then. Runs where I killed the council....well lets say I feel a lot less bad about doing that.

Udina is a ****** also...but you see so little of him...and he doesnt reach the level of prickhood they do.

The Turian Councilor and the guy that survives on Horizon, besides Kaidan/Ashley.

This guy, but in a funny sort of way.  I never really thought Udina was that bad, most politicians are much worse imo.

Jacob's father is up there on that list as well.

1. Council (human or old members)
2. TIM
3. Udina
4. Jacob's father
5. Eclipse initiate
6. Spineless Horizon Mechanic
7. Morinth (would NEVER EVER trade her for Samara)
8. That one krogan on Tuchanka who ****es about Grunt being made a member of Clan Urdnot and you end up killing him at the end of the Rite of Passage

That's who I'd list in that order. I'm likely forgetting people...

It has to be the council - no contest here. Other notable douchebags:

1. Udina
2. Credit chit Volus
3. Horizon mechanic
4. Asari Slave trader
5. Fist (if you didn't kill him in ME1)
6. Virmire survivor (Ash/Kaidan)
7. Uvenk - though because you get to shoot him in the face - it makes him less of a douche bag.
8. Harbinger - Yeah I get it, you are omnipotent! Now shut the hell up and fight.
9. Admiral Xen (Space Morrigan - can't remember name)
10. Jack. I wish I could leave to her to die on that ship. Instead I have to wast a team slot on final mission in order to get rid of her.

I kinda understand why the council was how it was; that's just politics .. every civilization in history is ultimately paralyzed by red tape. Can't imagine a system spanning a hundred planets to be any different.

Udina ranks high; he's self-righteough and assumes he knows best despite having no idea what the hell is going on half the time.

The Turian Councilor by far. Nobody "finger quotes" at me and gets away with it. Hope we get to shoot that bastard in ME3.

I did the same thing and after I found out I was trick I thought "WTF! I've been played!"  Then I prayed for the chance to hunt her down...  I didn't get it.

The Turian Councilor wins this contest though.
