I'd say udina tops it, followed by the council. I mean it's one thing to not believe that there's a greater galactic threat out there targeting human colonies when you're the council. It's another when you're the human councilor and you still don't give a sh*t. So udina definitely gets crowned the bigger deushe.



Admiral Xan is definitely a deushe and even though Admiral Koris acts like a pompous ass he actually does mean well by trying to take responsibility for the quarians' past actions concerning the geth.



Zaeed, IMO he's a deusche but I'm sure others will disagree so I'll just leave it at that.



The Horizon mechanic and all NPC's like him, definite deusches.



Harkin really stood up to get the deushe-hood award this time. It was one thing to be a crooked cop but when he stepped over the line and tried killing us? Hopefully he'll get arrested now that he's exposed.

Really? I thought he was portrayed as ambitious, selfish and arrogant in ME1, more so even because he got more screen time to make an ass of himself. Then again that seems to about sum up an "average politician".

 I admit as spiteful as it is I enjoy watching Udina get put in his place by Councilor Anderson in ME2, my Shepard made sure to deliver on the line, "Nobody stabs me in the back and gets away with it Udina...nobody."

Still the Turian council member takes the cake I think, dismisses me with fingerquotes?? After I saved his sorry ass?

Definitely the turian councilor. I love his VA and character though. I don't know if I would be able to keep myself from strangling his VA if I ever had a conversation with the man.



Udina is a douche, but he didn't really do anything douche-worthy in ME 2, at least not when you choose Anderson for the Council.



Kaidan was a big jerk in this game too.

Aria (She was the most annoying person in ME2. She acts so hard and tough, yet i bet Shepard could kick her ass blindfolded. He is a Spectre and killed hundreds of Asari Commandos. She would not stand a chance)



I can't list Jack in here because she has been tortured since she was a little child so i can't judge her too harshly.
