I guess I am the only one who doesn't find Udina too horrible. Ultimately, even with Anderson as councillor, he has no influence and power even though he believes you, so the result is the same. Udina KNOWS the Reapers exist, he just says otherwise because he is a ******, but when the time comes I am sure he will be able to press the right people at the right times to get Shepard the support he needs, especially if it makes him and humanity look good.

I'd say Jacob's dad takes the cake. I find it strange that no one mentioned the word 'rape' in that entire conversation. He raped women repeatedly, so much that they were terrified of him, and the only word they utter is 'harem'. There should have been more words like 'monster' and 'megalomaniacal psychopath' in that conversation, as opposed to talking about how he cracked under the pressure of leadership.



Obviously, also TIM. No explanation needed.



Also, minor compared to those two, but the C-Sec guy during the credit chit thing. I mean, the volus is obviously a selfish jerk, but the C-Sec guy is supposed to protect all the citizens, and he was obviously biased against quarians. Makes me feel bad for any quarians on the Citadel.

Turian Councilor. Hands down. Yeah there are other jerks and ****s throughout, but never have I ever had second thoughts about saving another characer more (try and save folks in games that allow it, you never when they may come in handy). All he did with his new lease on life was more of the same.

EDIT: Though if I had to pick a another, it would be Jacob's dad. Guy just went to far.

erm the shadow broker wanted to sell your body  to the collectors, Liara saved you by taking it from him and gave it to cerberus ,i dont think he s cool after that  ...
