Like 90% of everyone who posted, the Turian Counselor and Jacob's dad.

However, my honourable mention goes to Conrad freakin' Verner. The man is arrogant and annoying enough to make me regret not shooting him in the foot the first time around. I can only hope his contribution to the galaxy was being told by someone "important" to go play in traffic.

Ass.

Morinth. I loath Morinth and was just ecstatic to see her neck snapped. Serial sex-murder is something I simply cannot abide by.

Hmm this bugs me. I am fairly certain I played the paragon guy that although I hated Conrad, I treated him nice. I cannot recall seeing him in ME2 on my first play or my second almost finished play. Where is he, what triggers it?

I have to vote for Conrad Verner too. Jacob's dad was sick, sure, but Conrad pretends what he's doing is ok, even when looking straight into your eyes. I put my gun to his head in ME1, then in ME2 I find him threatening the Asari in the Illium bar and acting like he owns the place.

Seems like he also set up a charity in my character's name too.

Miranda

Start out ordering you about, then when you meet her she kills Wilson so I could never figure out what his motives were. She goes on whining about everything Shepard does and how you should pity her for being geneticly engineered by her philantropist father. I thought Udina was a douche in the first one but Miranda is with you all the way, Udina was just Cameo. And you can't kick her smug ass off your ship or get her killed except at the end, which I always try to do. Good riddence.

Miranda. By far. Apologizing for Cerberus' actions, then telling Jack that Cerberus didn't do anything to her. Cerberus turned Jack's life inside out and Miranda's pretending like nothing happened. That makes Miranda my #1 BioWare douchebag... EVER.

Turian Councilman, C-Sec and Chit Volus, and then also... I guess Morinth. They are runners up. Ah, throw Udina in there too, just for good measure.

Did you get to Ilium and hear there was a guy causing a disturbance in the bar there? Check by the bartender and Conrade is the obnoxious guy standing by the counter. I did the paragon thing with him the first time, hoping that it would get across he needs to stay home and take care of his wife instead of trying to play hero and getting killed because of a misguided sense of heroics. He... became a giant, raging douche.

I hope in the third game when the Reapers are launching an all out attack, you get the chance to make him eat his words.

Harkin, I'm a paragon and all but I think he deserved that beating Garrus gave him. Ugh what an ass, ever since ME1 there was nobody I hated more than him.

Many will agree that the mechanic on Horizon is the most memorable of the irritating characters, and many of us would simply love to toss him to a Praetorian. He's small fry, though. I can't quite pick one, but my top three are:

1. The Illusive Man. Come on... Really! Why did so many people skip him? We all know he's just waiting for the right moment to say, "You've served your purpose, Shepard. Now scram."

2. Udina. Much deserving of a Cain nuke. His presence in ME2 is pretty much irrelevant, but I still despise him.

3. Harkin. The perfect definition of a scumbag lowlife.

Heheh.
Simple solution. Replay the end of ME1 and save the Alliance ships
instead of the Council... or does he still show up in ME2 regardless?
o_o

At least in my eyes as Shep, my kneejerk reaction was if I gave IL the collectorr base, the first thing he'd do was find a reason to melt me down into distilled reaper juice the first time I disagreed with him. Maybe I could live with that risk, but he'd melt down 100000's of others and rationalize it as the few for the many.  I so wanted to save that place for all the tech, but couldn't do it.

I hope the 3rd installment shows Thane volunteering for one last job before he dies.........The Illusive Man.

Admiral Korvis of the migrant fleet is a douche.  Both in terms of his speaking tone and the content of what he is saying.

He wants peace so hes a douche?

Because he is a self loathing apologist .  Some machines took what rightfully belonged to him and his fellow Quarians, and he has the gall to blame the victims, the Quarians, for their misfortunes.  Then, as an "admiral", keeping his own side weak by opposing the experiments, while hiding behind some sense of detached moral supremacy and a condecending attitude.  That's pretty douchy, if not borderline treasonous.

I think so. I'm guessing you don't know what he's part of so I'm not going to say. He's an essential part of a mission though.
