Ive gained everybodies army apart from redcliff (I can do after orzammar). In orzammar, I have sided with prince bhelren, ive done all of his quests, so I go to the assembly room, and the guy infront of the door has a white arrow, so I talk to him, and he says the assembly is still locked in debate, and theres nothing I can do. Please help, I cant continue with the game!

You have to say something in particular and it will switch to a cutscene with you in there. Im not sure what it is but you can go on the Dragon Age Wiki and search for the quest you are doing there scroll past all the parts you have done and than read if it doesnt say anything about your problem look at bugs it should be there

I haven't done orzammar for a while but don't you just walk in to the assembly room instead of talking to him? Again, it's been a while so I'm not 100% but I think the cutscene triggers when you walk in.
