And as we're bringing this back, I definitely support Ken & Gabby in ME3. I loved them both. In my playthroughs I went through to get them both back every time. Engineering just isn't the same without them!

Hmm. I wonder...Gabby and Ken never seemed super loyal to Cerberus; they were only a part of it because it was an alternative to the Alliance when they weren't acting against the collectors.

That being said, if Shepard were to rejoin the Alliance or leave Cerberus in ME3, do you think it would be likely that they would continue to serve on the Normandy?
I hope so.

It seems most of the crew on the Normandy were ex-Alliance personnel of one kind or another.

I think Miranda was the only real Cerberus operative on board.
And even she abandons the Illusive Man if you take that path.

So, I'm assuming none of the current crew can really be counted as Cerberus personnel anymore.

And yes, I'm assuming our dynamic duo of engineers will return.
The way I see it, you need people who are familiar with the new version of the Normandy to run it properly, so they'll need the engineers most familiar with the revised design back.

A poker minigame and more animated duo? It's a really nice thought.

I think these two could potentially open up some great dialogue options for Shepard, and have some really interesting stories to tell. Their interaction with the other crew on the Engineering Deck would also be hilarious.

But sadly I don't think Bioware will develop them that much beyond a small side-mission.
