I was thinking a bit on how my infiltrator will get the nod to be my playthrough that doesn't survive and I thought, if Shepard doesn't survive do we really want to destroy the base? It's one thing to still be alive for ME3, IMO Shepard is ten times worth the value of any reaper tech. But if he isn't around and TIM is the only one stepping up to the plate in Shepard's place, do we really want to destroy the base in that particular case?
