I have 3 free items I got from preordering and playing the Dragon Age flash game (The Lucky Stone, Amulet of the War Mage, and Embri's Many Pockets).  I go to the Downloaded Content section and they download to 100%, but never appear in my inventory.  Everytime I open the game, they show as not being downloaded.  I am signed into my EA account, and have checked off "Upload Online Profile" and whatnot, but still no items in my inventory.  Any ideas?

This is on the PC and it is the Steam version btw.
