I have finished the quest and everything (Except the Acient History Part), but once I went to Redcliffe and began defending the town, Soldier's Peak disappeared.
I had the Starlight sword equiped and it was gone and then I noticed Solider's Peak was also gone. I tried going back, but that did not work and I also tried force loading with out the Warden Keep enabled and then loaded it with it enabled and nothing happened.
Is this just a bug or something and is there a possible fix for this?

There is a rather unfortunate bug that causes the game to get confused and strip DLC from you. See a more indepth explanation and steps to recover here. Its rather important that you not continue to play until you resolve the situation as any saves made will have the DLC in a rather bad state.
