Linking gamertags

How do you link a gamertag to the BioWare social network? I assumed it was done through my EA account, but apparently it's handled differently. Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Log in to https://profile.ea.com/myinfo.do with the email address and password associated with your Bioware Social Network account. This logs you into the underlying EA account associated with your Bioware account. Click on Add Persona and add your Gamertag.



Then when you come back over here you should see the gametag listed on the Redeem Code and Registered Game Promotions Page. (There may be a slight delay for the linking to propogate through the network.)



If you have ever linked your gamertag to any other EA account, this won't work though, and you will have to contact EA Support to get the gamertag linkage switched (or your content transfered to the old account.)

alrighty soooo my problem is, all my stuff is linked up

on my "EA master account" my gamertag is linked to it now (cause I went to the dragon age 2 website and logged in ?!)

but after reading like 17 post on this, everyone says that the gamertag after being linked to your master account should "automatically" link to this one ?

but when ever I go to http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php or the http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

underneath my email, my Gamer tag doesnt show up :T

I'm not seeing my 360 gamertag either, seems a pretty damn hard and confusing way of going about dlc or redeem codes having to register here instead of just using 360's own code entry. Especially when this social bioware doesn't seem to want to link with my gamertag.

Agreed, this seems much to difficult. I was trying to add a persona and it asks for a password. When i enter my password it tells me my Xbox live account has to have played online with ea, and then they will send my an email.... I've had an account for 6 years. odds are they already sent the email, and now I'm just spending my time trying to contact the 'help'. Bitter frustration rises.
