Quarian, just so I could know what one of the bugger's looked like. It would be cool to play any new race really. Perhaps Shepherd could travel into another dimension and recruit the Yautja (Predators). That would spice things up a bit

Actually didn't Bioware confirm that there will be more Mass Effect games after the trilogy involving Shepard is finished? Maybe they might make a Mass Effect game where you can play as different races.
