When I registered dragon age; it ended up in a new account. Now that I have mass effect 2 I would like to merge the two accounts. I can't just register dragon age under this account since it is already registered....

Thanks

btw is this the correct way to contact EA on this matter or is there a better method. Basically I want to merge my old bioware account (this one) with the new EA account I made several months ago when I purchased dragon age. The reason is so that all my keys end up under one account.

You'll need to contact EA Support directly, either by email via that page, live chat, or phone.

Well that was an utter waste of time. Waited an hour for a 1 minute on
line chat session which basically made it sound like it would be a
risky thing to do; so I guess I have to keep two accounts. Kind of
annoying. Because of the DLC stuff sounds like i should put ME2 in the
same account as Dragon age; but I have to keep my bioware account since
it has my other keys :( The painful thing is that I can't use a single
email address since that is likely a key in EA database. Bleh.

Sounds like you've got a rep with bad info on the chat line. Because lots of people have been doing this since the release of ME2. Maybe do some searches (use google with site:social.bioware.com) to see if you can dig up some of the other threads where people had success with it and see what worked for them.

I tried a search before posting the request and didn't find anything :( The hole experience was very disappointing.
