I was one of the many with bad codes for Cerberus.  At some point, I started the game and found I had access to the DLC and could load the two computer screen on the main menu, but whenever I come to the website, it wants me to buy the network DLC and won't allow me to download the new weapons and content connected to the Network.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Go to the http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php page. Found under Profile->Registered Game Promotions Page. Also where you end up if you select "New Content Available" from the Main Menu Screen.



The "Official DLC" page is just the place to go if you wanted to buy DLC (of which the Cerberus Network is the only currently available). It will always offer it to you for purchase, even if you already have it.

Been there. The stuff doesn't show up on the list, and it still tells me I need to purchase the Cerberus Network pack even though I can connect and already have the DLC installed.

So you don't see the following on your http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php page?

Zaeed - The Price of Revenge (Cerberus Network)
Cerberus Weapon and Armor (Cerberus Network)
Normandy Crash Site (Cerberus Network)

Then you'll likely need to contact EA Support and have them fix up your account for you.

That, I see. But the main page now says something about picking up a new M-22a Eviscerator Shotgun or Assault armor that are listed as "Now for download for Cerberus members."

Edit. Cerberus Weapon and Armor don't show up, just Collector weapon and armor.

Think I have finally found it. Logged out of the website and then back in and the cerberus weapon and armor showed up in the list. Thanks for the help.

That is great that it showed up for you. However, it still isn't on my list of game promotions.



I tried logging out, with no luck. It still doesn't show the Eviscerator Shotgun and Armor DLC.



Is it just slow to roll out to some players?

If your browser or ISP caches pages you might have to force a refresh for it to show up.



Its also sneaky and hides between Zaeed and the Normandy Crash Site, and is listed as Cerberus Weapon and Armor, with nary a reference to M-22 Eviscerater.

Browser cache was the issue. Cleared the cache, restarted browser and now it shows up.
