Please help, what should i do, i entered the serial key from the Dargon Age Origins game i bought but it says it's incorrect, please help me. what should i do?

Unlikely that someone has stolen your Serial Number.



Make sure that that you have not misread some numbers as letters and vice versa (for example a B looks like an 8, a 5 could be mistaken for an S)

Which platform are you trying to register?

PC - Use the key that is on the back of the manual.  Try it without the dashes.
Console - Use the UPC code from the box, being sure to include the two small numbers on the front and back.

PC, i tried it without the dashes and with and...nothing...also contacted the mod but he sent me here again for you folks to help. i'm desperate. now i can't enjoy the game because some just simpy downloaded it and used my serial and took all the fun away from us who actually PAID. :(

No, no one took your CD Key, its just not recognizing it for some reason.. I'd be surprised if its even tracking duplicates.



Have you already installed the game on your computer? Did the CD key work then?

From the Game Launcher select "Configure" which launches the Configuration Utility. Go to Game, and you should see the Dragon Age: Origins Product Key. Enter that key exactly on the Register Games page.

i did, thanks for the tip but it seems like someone has outwitted me and published that key online on something which would make it - stolen. it's a sad situation but i'll jump by the store tomorrow were i bought the game and see what i can do, thanks for your help very much, it was most appreciated.
