Please help, what should i do, i entered the serial key from the Dargon Age Origins game i bought but it says it's incorrect, please help me. what should i do?

contacted the mod but he sent me here again for you folks to help. i'm desperate. now i can't enjoy the game because some just simpy downloaded it and used my serial and took all the fun away from us who actually PAID.

Have you tried re-entering it? It's very easy to mis-type a letter or number.

So you're saying you filled out the help form?

Try submitting the Serial Number many times. These game Servers are constantly under heavy load & it can take many Submits before one gets through.



Also, if ya got a Serial Number/Letter that looks similar to another, (IE 2 & Z) try the lookalike digit. The Font choice for typing Serial Numbers tend to be stupid & open to misinterpretation. I had to try 6 - 10 times to get mine in before it got through & I got myself Registered. Lucky me, I'm no stranger to Serial Numbers being prats.

Is it case-sensitive? Might be something to try.

Umm, have you tried entering the key without the "-"? Just hit the numbers/letters in one straight line?
