Is BioWare anti-"free love"? (Definite SPOILERS inside)

It seems that BioWare is sending a message: Love is meant to be strictly monogamous.
This strikes me as odd as BW has gone so far as to freely allow gay, homosexual, and even bi-sexual relationships. No one in the party even so much as suggests that such relationships are "unnatural". Why the prejudice against polygamy and/or polyandry?
[NOTE: I've heard that there is a slim chance of having a three-way with Zevran or Leliana with Isabela, but I've never read from anyone that actually pulled it off. Makes me wonder about having a threesome with Zevran AND Leliana in camp, since both of them are bi-sexual.]
[Also of NOTE: This situation also seems to be the case with ME2.]

Now, multiply that by all permutations of possible partners in the game. We'd need an entire hard drive (no-pun intended) to store all that. Plus the game install would have to be on multiple DVD's. It's just not practical and does not add that much more to what is basically supposed to be a fantasy/roleplaying, dungeon-crawling game.

My male rogue had a threesome with Isabela and Zevran. Out of character since he doesn't like girls, but I did it for the lulz.

In the end, however, she broke up with all three, by doing the Ultimate Sacrifice. Zevran never took another bedmate, Alistair gave the I thought we would be together forever line, and Leliana soon joined Kalliana.

Moreover, you can end the game married to Alistair/Anora with Leliana telling you 'it changes nothing' or hooking up with Leliana and Zevran.
Also, 'free-love' is different from polyamory, which is what you're asking for. Free-love is as much a modern political movement as anything else.

I.E. Romance both, wait for Zev to bring it up and stay with Zev, now talk to Leli and the break up is concluded and finally talk to her some more and you'll see that she's possibly "down" for a three way relationship.

Well, to be fair, if you're getting married to Alistair, you will be forced to choose if you have Alistair in the romance zone. If you don't, all is good and Zevran will stay with you despite the upcoming wedding.
If the FemWarden just marries Alistair, the epilogue will note that they struggle to produce children and the futur eof the line is in doubt. If the FemWarden marries Alistair and keep Zevrans, it just says that all goes well in the kingdom.

Maybe I missed something, where does it say that? Alistair says that an heir might not be possible, but I don't think the epilogue mentions it.

Well, yeh. The Zevran fangirl in me thinks that is the way it should be!

Is these endings when you romance Zevran? I've never seen either of these.

They aren't there. I took it as a joke. Of course, there's the beloved bride vs the savior and ruler cards, and you get the Zevran epilogue card.

Wait. I got the line from Zev about being on the side and loving a royal scandal and realized the romance was turned on. BUT, as I recall, I still had to end up dumping Zev by the end. Still, I got no indication in the epilogue about the royal line struggling. Hmm. Maybe I avoided it by reloading and not talking to either of them until the ending? In any case, Alistair was my primary romance, things between Zev and I had not progressed much.

Okay, see, I got no Zevran epilogue card, or indication that the royal line was struggling in the epilogue, so I must've broken it off.

There is really no mention of the royal line struggling. The person who said that was joking. It's been mentioned a few times in various Zevran love threads that it is possible having Zevran's son on the throne. But there are no epilogue cards even suggesting that.
The Zevran epilogue card is just whether you rebuild the grey wardens, travel, or stay in Denerim, and what happens with the two of you, much like the Alistair romance card.
