Heya guys,
Ive not long completed mass effect 2, and what a jolly good game it is. But i have now decided i was to be crazy and do it on insanity. But now i have completed the game you obviously get a chance to add 1 ability to your charecter.
Could i ask for some help and could you guys list me what these abilites do? Because i do not particulary want to restart the game to try them all out and analyse them.
So if you kind gentlemen would not mind helping me out knowing what these abilities do, and there pro's and con's il be most grateful.
Thanks

Do Inferno Grenades stop regen like Incinerate?

It should, since the DoT mitigates regen. Not completely sure, though. it is weaker than Incinerate by a whole bunch, though. Not really worthwhile to take along, IMO.

They're not bad for a Soldier. Good way to get people out of cover and stop charging enemies.

Out of curiosity, which 1 of these abilites would you personally use if going for the insanity difficulty?

What class are you gonna play as?

Soldier mate. Feel very comfortable with that class.

Defensively, I hear great things about Geth Shield Boost. Offensively, it seems to be a bit of a stalemate between Armor Piercing Ammo and Warp Ammo.

I'd either go with Warp Ammo and not invest in Incendiary/Cryo, or invest in Inferno Armor, and get an anti-armor power like Reave (even at r1, it nets 240 points of damage when met with resistance. Dunno if there's any calculations for the actual damage, but even then, that's quite a bit.)

Lovely, thanks once again for your helpful input. Il go crack on with either Warp ammo or geth shielding, depending on defnse or offense, and il update you on how it goes.
Thanks once again for your advice.
