Spoilers for Ashes of Andraste.

I defiled the ashes of Andraste and as soon as I walked back to camp Wynne just freaked out and left. I agree that she would do that but how the heck did she know?

I lied to Genetivi, I had Morrigan, Shale and Oghren with me so I doubt they went babbling to her as soon as we walked to camp.

Don't you hate when NPCs react to things they can't know? I guess one of the guys could have told her but I bet if I solo the Gauntlet she would still leave. Has anyone tried that?

It really break the roleplaying part of the game when stuff like that happens, what's the point of being snaky and devious if NPC have an all seeing eye? Must be hard to program a game to take account of all those things but
it's still frustrating.

I've no clue, she knows if you've defiled them even if she isn't in the party either. If you do the urn before the circle tower when you do acquire Wynne the first time you go to camp she'll start in on her rant and leave.



You won't have to persuade Leliana to stay however, she'll completely forget about the urn when Wynne leaves.

I don't know I could see Morrigan pulling Wynne, or Leliana for that matter, aside and saying, "Have I got a funny story for you" and then proceed to tell the tale of how you defiled the ashes, no doubt laughing the whole way through.

There's no way you can do this solo, not when you have to have 4 people for the bridge.   As far as how she know's that's automatically updated for everyone in your party/camp.  I wondered that about Leliana myself how she even knew I saw the Urn when I had left her in camp the whole game lol.

The spirit that's joined to her told Wynne what you did (it and the Guardian are close, and spirits gossip), and Leliana receives a vision of you with the Urn, mystery solved

I read somewhere that if you didn't have people in your party for the bridge part, you'd get a wraithe for this purpose. Never tried it myself, but that was pretty interesting considering Alistair is the only person you're truly stuck with.

SO even if you do the Urn before the Tower she will leave after joining you?

No, she won't. I've done it. She has no clue if you do it before you have her join you.
