Having difficulties downloading any DLC.

I got a question about the downloadable content.
I installed my game yesterday, enterered the redeem codes (CE, Rings etc etc) and it shows up nowhere on my 'Downloadable content' .
Is it maybe my Firewall or something that is blocking the connection to the store?
I am actually logged in with this account (the same e-mail) and that is no problem as my character is also updating on the site as expected.
I'd like to hear some suggestions,
Thanks!

Well, I've already got the game for two days now, and have played on multiple occasions. I've entered the redeem-codes just before I entered the game (while it was installing), maybe that's a problem?

Is it actaully downloading? I redeemed everything and loaded it up through Impulse, but my downloads sit at 0%. I've tried clearing the download cache in the repair tool, but nothing so far. I can see all 5 DLC pieces sitting in the downloadable tab, they just don't want to download >_<

I got mine through EADM, and everything seems to be downloading. Only problem now is that the version number required says 1.0, but in redRemyLebeau_88 wrote...

Embril's Many Pockets is the only item that has shifted from downloaded content into the "installed content" tab.

Quit out of the game, run the launcher, then go to Configure. There is an option to Clear download cache, or something similar. do that, then go back an launch the game again. Downloadable content will then seemingly start to download again, but the content is already on your machine.
They then start to unpack and install automatically, and then shifted across to the installed items.
No luck yet with the Lucky Band which refuses to budge.
Sorry this isn't help for people that can't get anything to appear, but might help with the next obstacle.

This doesn't work with the things you don't have authorization for (ie if you haven't bought Wardens Keep) but if you successfully redeemed your codes on the site, it will work.

Thanks for the links to these, where in my folders do I place them?
(I don't have Steam, so no folder called DAupdater)

Run game-file (not just shortcut or launcher, the actual .exe) as administrator and see if that helps. Did for me, at least. Now I run it as admin all the time after changing the compatibility mode as such.
Thank you, this solved it for me.

go to where you have Dragon Age installed - EADM default directory is Program Files (x86) - Dragon Age. In there is a folder called bin_ship, and inside there is the Updater. run it from there, then point it at the downloaded promo content from Diva's link.ctgras1 wrote...

The Updated extracts the files and puts them in the correct place. Start the game, then check your downloaded content folders and they should show up as installed.

Quoting my own post for explanation:
I downloaded the files, followed the explanations on the site.
Whilst I had no folder named DAupdater, I made one myself, but you can actually manually select .dazip files in the daupdater!
Thanks so much guys, very helpful all.

It has nothing to do with steam - everybody has this folder - it is in
C:\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Application Data\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\DAUpdater\\Data
It is a hidden folder, so you will have to enable hidden files.

Using the links provided I downloaded every piece of content that is rightfully mine and it all installed flawlessly. It's a shame my DLC section doesn't work, because I'd like to purchase Warden's Keep, but I prefer to think of that not as me not being able to play that content, but EA missing out on my money because they can't get their stuff together.
That's one headache behind me.
