Has anyone purchased Warden's Keep by using Firefox and Paypal? I have problems doing so.

I tried 3 times, everytime the webpage said that it cannot process my order at paypal.

Possible problems:

-I have the required funds in my paypal account, but the account is not credit card validated. Some online retailers such as Amazon marketplace can refuse to sell to me, while others such as Gamersgate have accepted my paypal payment without any issue.

-Firefox issue?

-My address is on O'Brien street, maybe the system does not like the ' in the street name? It happened before with another site, either Amazon, chapters.ca or Gamersgate, forgot which.

The error message does not say what exactly is wrong. When Amazon marketplace refused to forward the payment, they said clearly that the reason for that is because my paypal account is not credit card validated. When that other site had a problem with the street name, they said invalid street name or something, so it helps me understand what I need to fix.

I'll try again in a few hours, I don't want to try several times in a row and later see that I have been charged several times.

I used FF and Paypal with no problem. A couple of the pages seemed to take a long time to load, however, so it's possible that site traffic may be playing a part.

I downloaded IE8 in case, and I tried again with Firefox first. It worked perfectly this time. What I did differently:

-I spelled the street name O'Brien ---> OBrien

-For my first 3 attempts, I was logged in my paypal account prior to trying to order from the EA/Bioware site. This time, I was not, and instead of getting the unable to process...error message, I get asked to enter my paypal password. Then everything worked as it should.

Thanks for the help everyone, I appreciate it.

Had a problem with it when I had already logged into paypal, didn't log out but closed the tab. I think that messed it up but once i just logged out and tried again, it worked. When you make a payment I believe it expects you to have to log in then and there, therefore if you haven't it gets confused.

Only problem I have with Firefox, is that the spell-checker doesn't work in the "standard form" for adding messages on this board.
