For me it's Zaed, I like him but I don't like his loyalty mission and I have just not bothered to recruit him on this play through.

Liara is the only one I hate. I'm predictable, what can I say?

Morinth.
Other than that, I like the other squad mates to varying degrees.

Have to say Liara is my least favourite. She's so creepy sometimes, though she is not as creepy as hell in ME2.

Thane's son was pretty lame and random. Also the VA of that guy, yes do not even try to hide the fact that you are Raiden! Lol

i liked him but thane's weird memory recall thing was really off putting, add in a belief system that let a 'moral' character kill people for a living and he looks pretty inconsistent and odd. Those big staring eyes while he recites description got in the way of relating to him

I hate Jack. She sounds a whiny little child who couldn't get over the fact that her mother had just denied her access to some candy.
I don't dislike Jacob, but he's just too bland for my taste.
And finally, I never liked Kaidan, for he was a little too bland himself.

I didn't like Garrus or Tali that much, but I didn't like them in ME1 either. My reasons:
Garrus- I disagree with everything he says about how things should be done, as well as his attitude that Omega is full of worthless scum; from multiple quests, you can see that Omega has normal folks that are just trying to get by in a crime-ridden city.
Tali- She has no inherent flaws and you have to save her quite often. Now, I don't mind saving characters, but she makes quite the switch from ME1 to ME2. In ME1, we see a strong, independent young woman that has a good grip on her life despite the chaos around her. In ME2, I get the impression of a fragile damsel virgin-geek in distress. That doesn't do it for me.
This being said, I have kept both of these characters alive in my ME2 playthroughs so I can see what happens to them in ME3. Perhaps I will end up liking them in the end.

Wow...I just don't get the reaction to Miranda.
Does Miranda talk up her genetic perfection and Cerberus affiliation? Yes. Because that's all she has that's hers, and half of that she didn't even choose. I can't hate her; she doesn't even know who she is under that 22nd century power suit - and the fact that Shepard, outcome of the genetic lottery that is human civilization, accomplished more than she could ever realistically dream of tears at her. If the genetic perfection that defined and ruined her life isn't going to make her exceptional, she's just her father's legacy that ran away, a perfect girl who's perfectly hollow - and it scares her.
I found it impossible to like Jacob because the ghost of his high school crush kept possessing Shepard and trying to stick her hands in his pants every time I talked to him.

Can't say that I hate someone, but I really don't care about Jacob. Thanks to Bio Devs, everytime I tried to talk to him I felt like my Shep ( female) act like wh..re, so after Normandy upgrade I stoped talk to him. Becouse of that I havn't chance to knows this companion better....anyway I could be more happy with my old crew...

These convos usually end up bad. But really i think my least favorite character was kaidan, sorry guys. But talking to kaidan was like talking to a brick, but a brick is more interesting to talk to. Jacob, if he didn't have such a corny romance scene then i have no problem with him. He has charisma.
And for the people who don't like certain characters because they are "boring", thats the writers fault. they gave them intersting back stories, yet how they wrote the character was kind of a letdown. But really i have no problems with any of the ME2 characters. My favorite squadmate is...well you could probably guess that.

Mr. Kusy - AND THE WINNER IS... MRS. MIRANDA LAWSON... or whatever her name was anyways.
Miranda: "Shepard, we need to help my sister... she's just like me"
Shepard: "Oh fuuu... there are more of you? Your father must be an evil man."
Shepard: "What the hell... you never told me she was a baby... you stole a baby, are you normal?"
Miranda: "Um... you don't understand"
Shepard: "Sure I don't. If I would - I'd be woried about myself"
Hell... talking with Legion was more emotionaly involving than talking with her... and he's a machine. Probobly talking with the flushable toilet or the pissing turian would be too.
i can only agree with this dude it right on the money. I mean who really likes miranda i take zaeed any day before i take miranda.

Jacob Taylor is actually one of my favorite characters. I don't see why people think he's boring or off-putting. He's a very realistic, down-to-earth kind of guy. I like those sorts of characters in my video games. They're a bit too scarce if you ask me.
My least favorite character has always been Donnel Udina, but if only squad mates count, then it's Morinth. I didn't like Morinth when her name was Xenia Onatopp. I didn't like Morinth when her name was Morrigan Aensland. Why would I like her now that her skin is a sickening bruised purple?
