how do i access the new armors ive downloaded ive tried going to my consol in shepards quarters but theres no new armor there

Exit out of ME and load it up again, it should appear then

I'm having the same problem with the Cerberus assault armor & Eviscerator shotgun. I've downloaded them twice. They show up as being downloaded, but I can't access them. I restarted, logged out & back in. I've even started a new game, but It's still not in the locker.

Has this issue been resolved? I've downloaded a couple of the free DLC and I can't find a way to access it in game. Nothing in the locker, no new mail telling me about it.
