Okay I am still hunting around looking for the Asymmetric defense layer, the shield harness, stabilization gauntlets and life support webbing. A guide told me the Asymmetric is at Ratch's on Tuchanka and the shield harness is at Gateway. But Ive been to both and done pretty much everything on both worlds, yet I still can't see them in the shops.
How exactly do I get them?

They become available after the Collector Ship mission.
