Tali and Legion, I like both a lot (Tali more). I would also like to see them become friends or at least be nice to each other, as it would make for an interesting dynamic. Having both would also help bring peace between Quarians and Geth, which I would like to see.

I didn't like Garrus much in the first game, but he grew on me in ME2 so bring him back.

Definitely Wrex, but I know he's busy so that may be too difficult to work around.

Mordin is hilarious and seems to live longer than a lot of the squadmates, so he's a yes.

Jacob grew on me after his loyalty quest, so yes.

Samara is interesting enough to bring back

Jack I would like back, but only if she comes to terms with what happened to her more so that she will actually be willing to be friends with someone...instead of just trusting you but not wanting to associate with you if she doesn't need to.

I thought Grunt was more interesting before his loyalty quest, so I'm on the fence with him. Maybe he should go help the Krogans instead.

I like Thane, but he might not be back for obvious reasons.

Miranda I haven't liked much beyond her loyalty quest. The rest of the time she is very cold...so probably not.

Definitely Ashley, because I still have a character that's waiting for her.

Liara, but she better have that stick out of her butt and the obsession with the Shadow Broker handled (or at least handled shortly into ME3). I didn't like her nearly as much in ME2.

Yes, under certain circumstances: Jack, Liara

Not so much, would like them in the game but maybe not on team: Miranda, Grunt, Kaiden



And should have an elcor and a volus (at least on the Normandy), maybe Anderson, and possibly playable Joker (I think that the story hinted he could become a biotic) but I don't know they'd get around the Vrollic's Syndrome.

The whole crew of ME2 except for Zaeed.

I understand people want the ME1 LIs back and I definitely think that's fair, though I personally am indifferent. I would however be swayed to support them if it means it's time for Liara to lose her plot armor. Every character but her has had to face the music so far, it's her turn.

Get rid of Zaeed what a worthless tool that guy was also get rid of Jack for someone as "powerful" as she was it didn't translate that well in the gameplay.

I really thought that jacob and miranda were okay characters, maybe if they add more interaction with these two characters then i would be happy to see them in the sequal.



But hopefully we willl get to see all of the characters in ME3 and maybe some new ones as well

I want Edi in a cylon, I MEAN, android body. It'd be like having Normandy in your party. POWER: CALL AIRSTRIKE!! Ride of the Valkyries would play in the background every time.



I'd love to see all the squaddies at least make a cameo. Recruitable... my picks would be Grunt, Garrus, Thane, Jack or Mordin.



Kaidan/Ashley/Liara: Don't care. I'm so over them.



New squad: Female taurian! Badass Hanar! An Elcor! Volus Biotic God! Basically just moar aliens.

I get it, he's dying. He's also an ME2 LI. Is BW going to look at those of us who romanced Thane and say, "hurrhurr u lose!" but keep Miranda, Jacob, Tali, Garrus, Kelly, Jack, Ashley, Kaidan ... you get my drift.

While Thane is my number one pick, I want to see everyone back for ME3. This is the big finale, everyone loyal to Shepard should be right by her/his side when the crap hits the fan.

in mass effect 2, IFF mission is combined with getting Legion. but for some reasons, Legion is not available sometimes. so it's kind of half character. so I want Legion recruit mission back, and more loyalty mission. jack will be less crazier in ME3. she is totally uncontrolled ****. but I love her. I like dirty ****. possibly for particular reason, one of collectors would be betrayed, and help shepard. it will be interesting, and team will be very powerful. of course, I want all crews to be back in ME3. in my game, I just decided to take advantage of collector's reaper technology twice. so it will be possible in ME3. who knows? there will be another enemy beyond collector.

This.  Also Tali and Garrus.  I don't care much about most of the new squadmates, didn't make a connection except with Mordin and Samara.

I liked Kelly, but given how easy it is for her to die, I can't see her playing a big role.

the romance from ME1 should return as long as you didn't let them die. only one out of the three should return to the team though. apart from that i'd like to have Legion stay on, because what is better then having a geth on your team! Also Jack, and Garrus would be cool to see again.

That asari bartender at Eternity on Illium definitely became my favorite npc in mass effect 2.  Would love to see her again.  I loved every one of her speech items and loved listening to her story.

Ok, so we want character depth, so that means some squaddies from ME2 have to go. Bioware sets this up for:



Jack: You ask her about the mission, she says "I'm planning on surviving it, then splitting". Seems to me like she won't be there in ME3. I could be wrong.

Samara: She says she will go on doing Justicar things...righting the wrongs. Seems like Liara may replace her as the pure biotic?

Thane: He's dying..I didn't see anything about a cure, but he's on the cover. How could they kill Thane off after being on the cover and being a LI?

Mordin: I hear he's 10 years older than the average lifespan of Salarians? After reading that, all his wrinkles make sense. I don't want him to go!

So that's 4 people gone perhaps? That leaves room for Ashley/Kaiden, and Liara, and 2 brand new squadmembers? A Vorcha perhaps? Maybe a Prothean? That would be epic.

Someone correct my assumptions if they're false.
